REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - ASUS launched its new Bamboo Series notebook, U43Jc Bamboo, to increasingly assert its commitment to caring for the environment (green values).
Advanced products from Bamboo series first launched in 2008 is equipped with a dark brown exterior bamboo that are not processed by excessive to maintain a natural appearance, character, and flexibility.
Selection of bamboo is also supported research that identifies it as a quick resource that is updated, and utilization of almost no impact on the environment.
Bamboo also has a flexural strength Setra with iron, making it appropriate in lieu of plastic. Packaging products are also environmentally friendly, made of 100 percent pulp and fabric "non woven" natural that can be recycled.
"This time we show a more eco-friendly notebook. We use that can be recylce ingredients," said Juliana Chen, Business Development Manager of ASUS Indonesia.
Laptop-sized 14-inch screen is equipped with 2 megapixel camera. Weighs 2.1 kg with 8 cell battery lasting up to 10.5 hours. This product uses a USB 3.0 environment-friendly because it can recharge gear faster than USB 2.0 and requires less power.

The product is available in the country this month and sold at approximately 1209 dollars.
In addition to launching the Bamboo, the ASUS two introduce two other notebooks, the ASUS NX90JQ and N43JF.
NX90JQ is the world's first notebook equipped with "dual touchpad," which placed flanking the keyboard "chiclet". This product is also the world's first notebook that has the speakers flanking the 18.4-inch LED backlit display full HD 1080p (1920x1080).
This product is equipped with ASUS SonicMaster technology, an innovative hardware and software development results in collaboration with Bang & ICEpower.
Meanwhile, ASUS N43Jf is a multimedia notebook. This product also features technology SonicMaster. Magic Video technology Equipped with 72 frames in 1080p HD resolution.
Both notebooks also use the USB 3.0 to ten times the speed of USB 2.0.

Yup! i have heard about it earlier. Its nice to see that companies are now looking in to alternatives to the plastic material that is associated with more of oil than thing from nature. I hope that this idea will be followed by many manufacturers in their products. Thanks for the post...
