Install ubuntu 11.04 preinstalled to microsd

I use ubuntu-11.04-preinstalled-headless-armel+omap.img.gz for my tablet pc asus eeepad transformer tf101 sbkv2 on /dev/loop0, but in this tutor is how to install ubuntu in microsd / mmcblk1p1.

download ubuntu-11.04-preinstalled-headless-armel+omap.img.gz here
unzip it on ubuntu type gunzip on terminal and mount it, you can see steps to gunzip and mount img file in Mount raw img file in ubuntu here.
Steps to copy on microsd :

1.  After mount for example mount file is /mnt/disk
2. Prepare bootable MicroSD, to make it format your MicroSD to ext 3 or 4 in Gparted  and flag boot.
3. Copy mount file in /mnt/disk to MicroSD.
4. For tablet you must reboot to recovery and boot to ubuntu download ubuntu-sdcard and step see here.

If ubuntu-11.04-preinstalled-netbook-armel+omap.img after boot ubuntu 11.04 need username and password, i use it on asus transformer tf101 sbkv2 and i was try "username : ubuntu" and "password : temppwd" and "username : ubuntu" with "password : ubuntu" it doesn't work, you must reset password manually.

You must edit your etc/shadow open your disk ubuntu in another ubuntu / linux os and edit etc/shadow delete start sign "*" in etc/shadow with run vi command if your mmc or disk is sdb1:

#mount /dev/sdb1
#cd etc/
#vi shadow
reset password ubuntu

delete all start sign " * " with click x to delete in keyboard and save with ZZ, try open in your netbook or tablet pc and type username "root" without quotes and will automatically run to desktop without password.
For detail reset password debian / linux see http://www.debianadmin.com/forgot-root-password-or-reset-root-password-in-debian.html

After you login with "root" username go to terminal and add new password with command type :
#passwd root
Enter ne UNIX password:
Retype new UNIX password:

Change hostname nad hosts command type :
gedit /etc/hostname
gedit /etc/hosts

To change your new name root or new System Configuration and apply new setting, go to the right corner above button and choose System Settings go to System and choose Prepare for shipping to end user, reboot and follow the instructions.

Or logout and type root for username and change to ubuntu classic in option below, then type your password, after login go to System -> Administration -> Prepare for shipping to end, reboot and follow the instructions.
